Sheikh Law Group started with the desire to practice law in a new and better manner, and in particular, to minimize the business of charging for legal services on the basis of the time spent doing it, unless it fit a client’s business goals.
For many services, time costing makes little sense – there is no connection between fees charged and the value of the work done. From the client's perspective, it is uncontrollable and does nothing more than generate unpleasant surprises for both a client and the attorney.
Legal costs are a business risk like any other. Our business is management of that risk. We want to give clients certainty as to their legal spending and approach the question of pricing with a client's specific needs and constraints in mind.
We believe that clients would like to pay fairly for what is done and that a fair sharing of risk and reward is conducive to a strong long term relationship.
Finally, we want to enjoy our work, work with clients we enjoy, and go home each day with a sense of genuine satisfaction and reward.
